"The bag looked really cute at first, but..."
The bag looked really cute at first, but once I actually held it, it felt cheap and not like the quality I was expecting. I also had to wait in a long queue just to get it, which made the whole thing even more disappointing.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I found the site easy enough to get around, and checkout went smoothly. You don’t really have to think too much about it, which is always nice.

"Great prices when theres a sale"
I usually hold off until they have extra discounts going on. When the sales hit, the prices can be really good, though sometimes the stuff I want sells out quick. Overall, Im happy with what I ended up paying

"Customer service wasn’t really helpful"
I tried getting in touch with them because they sent me the wrong item, but I just kept getting passed around to different people and never really got a clear answer. It took a few days for them to even reply, and the issue still isn’t sorted out. Frustrating, honestly.

I had to return a bag because it ended up being a little smaller than I expected. the return process was super simple and my refund showed up in about a week, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been loyal to another brand for years, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying this one, but the hassle-free return definitely made a good impression.
